After finishing editing all my clips together i needed to add a title sequence. I was influenced by the title sequence to Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho, 1960.
Here is a clip, hopefully you can see how i have used this style in my title sequence.

Editing
When editing my film i have stuck to the conventions of Film Noir, using various dissolves, voice over, reflected shots through mirrors and also the use of low key lighting.
In additon to this i have used jump cuts. Looking at the film Breatless, 1959, Jean Luc Goddard. I watched this and im using it as a reference when evaluating my process. The use of these jump cuts disorientate the narrative.

This scene has a series of jump cuts and makes the audience feel disorientated and not connected from one scene to another.

The first scene when both characters are in the bathroom there is a series of jump cuts.
Both these scenes influenced me greatly as i know that conventionally jump cuts portray a feeling of unease and link well to my narrative.
